The role:
SES Engineering Services are looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join our SES North West region to deliver our Pre-Construction Strategy on high profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors.

What you'll be doing:
As a Pre-Construction Manager you will lead and coordinate project bid teams through the pre-construction phase, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused, and commercially sound tender submissions. The role is responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder inputs, driving win strategies, and ensuring compliance with SES Engineering Services' governance processes.

As our pre-construction manager you will:
- Produce, own and implement individual project bid strategies and customer plans.
- Take responsibility for engaging with functional leads and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to agree bid teams; monitoring and adapting to suit specific tender requirements throughout the bid period.
- Ensure that all members of the project bid team have a clear understanding of their role and required outputs.
- Ensure all bids are carried out and settled in accordance with SES governance.
