We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Building team based in the South.
Location
Hampshire
Hours
40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired
What will you be responsible for?
As a Preconstruction Manager, you'll be working within the Building team, supporting them in leading pre-construction activities and ensuring successful project mobilisation.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Managing the preconstruction process from tender to handover
- Coordinating bid teams and contributing to bid strategy
- Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Supporting workload balance and wellbeing across the preconstruction team
