🏗️ Pre-Construction Project Manager
Location: UK | Office-Based
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects through the pre-construction stage and ensuring they are fully prepared for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the pre-construction phase from initial planning through to project commencement.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, programmes, and project requirements.
- Assist with tendering, procurement, cost planning, and subcontractor selection.
- Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Prepare and manage pre-construction programmes and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are properly planned, resourced, and ready for construction.
- Attend meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant UK construction standards, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the UK construction industry.
- Strong experience in pre-construction/project planning.
- Good understanding of construction processes, procurement, and tendering.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of UK construction practices and regulations.
- Relevant construction/project management qualifications are desirable.
