What we’re looking for
As the primary point of contact, you are responsible for managing the entire process of soliciting and facilitating requests for quotations. This involves closely collaborating with clients to fully understand their needs, providing them with accurate and timely information, and ensuring a seamless transition from initial inquiry through to the confirmation and execution of the contracted job.

- For Italy based roles only, the salary range is €29,000 – €41,000, in line with EU Pay Transparency requirements.
The role
- Initiate new quotation requests and record them in the relevant system.
- Handle quotation requests from start to finish, providing a positive client experience.
- Creation of Sales quotes and Contracts for clients.
- Support Pre-Contract team to meet the business objectives and KPIs for the Global TSO.
- Prioritise and process documentation/data/information in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines.
- Data filing/entry in accordance with defined procedures.
- Support in mailbox categorization and distribution of tasks.
- Conduct all activities in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures, and budget constraints.
- Escalate client feedback to managers and take prompt steps to maintain positive experiences. Promote a client-centricity culture, focusing on a positive and consistent client journey.
- Deal with complex queries and build relationships with internal/external clients, as appropriate.
- Mentor other team members, as appropriate, to support effective knowledge sharing and application.
What you bring
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages; Excel, Word & Outlook (as a minimum).
- Good interpersonal and team working skills.
- Proficiency in the English Language commensurate with the work.
- SAP knowledge in particular Business by Design.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Good understanding of global standards and processes, with the ability to ensure compliance.
