8:30am to 6:30pm | Regular weekend working
Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission

Trilogy Jewellers is an independent luxury watch and jewellery specialist based in the heart of Mayfair. We work with exceptional timepieces and jewellery from some of the world’s most prestigious brands, serving private clients and collectors from the UK and internationally.
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Watch Specialist to join our growing team and deliver a highly personalised, knowledgeable and discreet service.
The Position
You will advise clients on pre-owned luxury watches, develop long-term relationships with private clients and collectors, and identify sales, purchasing and part-exchange opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries in the showroom and across telephone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms.
- Advise clients on pre-owned watches, including models, specifications, condition and accompanying documentation.
- Guide clients through purchases and part exchanges, working with the team on pricing and purchasing opportunities.
- Develop and maintain your own portfolio of private clients through attentive service and consistent follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, references and the pre-owned market, including pricing and demand.
- Handle high-value transactions and client records with accuracy and discretion.
- Uphold the highest standards of showroom presentation and professionalism.

Your Experience — Essential
- At least one year of professional experience working directly with pre-owned watches, for example in sales, buying or part exchanges.
- A proven record in luxury sales and client development.
- Practical knowledge of pre-owned watch condition, box and papers, service history and the factors that influence value.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a professional, discreet approach.
- Availability to work in our Mayfair showroom five days per week, including regular weekends.

A passion for watches is welcomed, but relevant professional experience is a mandatory requirement. Applications that do not demonstrate at least one year of experience working directly with pre-owned watches will not be considered.
