Pre-Owned Watch Specialist
Mayfair, London | Full-time, on-site
Five days per week | 8:30am–6:30pm | Regular weekend working

Do you have experience selling watches or jewellery and enjoy helping clients find the right piece? Join our independent Mayfair business, working with exceptional pre-owned timepieces, private clients and collectors from the UK and internationally.
We welcome professionals with experience in watches, jewellery or pre-owned watches. Direct pre-owned watch experience is strongly preferred. If your background is in new watches or jewellery, tell us how your sales experience and product knowledge would translate to this role.
The Role
Advise clients on pre-owned luxury watches, build lasting relationships and identify sales, purchasing and part-exchange opportunities. This is a hands-on showroom role combining product knowledge, attentive service and commercial drive.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage showroom enquiries and follow up by telephone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms.
- Advise on models, specifications, condition and accompanying documentation.
- Guide purchases and part exchanges, working with the team on pricing and purchasing opportunities.
- Develop a portfolio of private clients through thoughtful service and consistent follow-up.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain knowledge of brands, references, pricing and demand.
- Handle high-value transactions and client records accurately and discreetly.
- Maintain excellent showroom presentation and professional standards.

What We Are Looking For
- Professional experience in watch sales, jewellery sales or the pre-owned watch market. Clearly identify the areas you have worked in.
- Strong communication, client service and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial approach to sales, follow-up and negotiation.
- Attention to detail and confidence handling valuable products.
- Interest in developing your luxury watch knowledge.
- Availability for five days per week in our Mayfair showroom, including regular weekends.
Experience buying or selling pre-owned watches, handling part exchanges, assessing condition, reviewing box and papers or service history, and understanding value is particularly valuable. Highlight these skills in your application.
