We are a Global Recruitment specialist that provides support to the clients across EMEA, APAC, US and Canada. We have an excellent job opportunity for you.

Job Title: Pre/ Post-Sales Solutions Architect

Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 6 months contract initially

Max. Budget: £81.8k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £427 per day Inside IR35

Duties:

  • The person must have at least a high-level functional knowledge of what the Experience Cloud applications do.
  • We don't need a technical expert, but someone who understands the basics from a business value perspective.
  • She/he will advise client’s customers on designing and orchestrating enterprise learning strategies that accelerate adoption and maximize the value of their investment in client’s solutions.
  • You will enable customers to fully leverage PLS and Private training offerings through targeted, role-based learning plans informed by needs analysis.
  • Using data-driven insights and timely interventions, you will strengthen outcomes, drive demonstrated value, and build trusted advisor relationships that support long-term adoption and renewal.

Requirements:

  • Ensure customers realize full value from their training investment.
  • Assessment of customer goals, user roles, workflows, and skill gaps, informing prescriptive and role-based training plans.
  • Design and recommend tailored - strategies using the full range of PLS offerings (Cohorts, Instructor-led training, OnDemand content, certifications) in sync with ACS sessions, Ultimate Success programs, Experience League resources.
  • Primary advisor for PLS + Private accounts, guiding learning plans that drive product adoption, implementation milestones, and successful use-case execution.
  • Ensure programs deliver measurable readiness, customer satisfaction, and subscription renewal readiness.
  • Provide timely, data-driven recommendations to mitigate risks, improve engagement, and ensure value realization.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Consulting teams, and Delivery Managers to coordinate training programs, schedule private sessions, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Foster trust, engagement, and advocacy throughout the subscription lifecycle.
  • Provide structured feedback to curriculum, content, and delivery teams, contributing to program improvements and roadmap alignment.
  • Participate in customer meetings and business reviews to highlight progress, showcase training value, and identify next-phase learning opportunities.
