A well-established, leading, major fit out company working in the commercial and high-end residential sectors are keen to recruit a Pre-Production Scheduler to be responsible for ensuring design release information, drawings and production packages are fully co-ordinated for each project.
Duties
- Manage design release and pre-production information, ensuring drawings, revisions, requisitions and documentation are accurate and ready for manufacture.
- Coordinate production planning, including trackers, project programmes, samples, cutting sheets and production drawings using 2D/3D CAD.
- Identify long-lead materials and support procurement, obtaining quotations, negotiating costs and coordinating Free Issue Materials.
- Manage subcontractor and outsourced manufacturing, coordinating enquiries, production, logistics and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project KPI performance, identify risks and maintain effective communication with Design, Production, Procurement, Site and external suppliers.

Skills And Experience
- Extensive knowledge of joinery and associated materials
- The ability to read production drawings.
- Competent in the use of 2D AutoCAD & 3D CAD software
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Highly organised
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Software Packages
- Must be an effective communicator with excellent attention to detail as well as being a team player
- Experience of Project management would be preferable
