Referment
Referment is working with a regulated payments infrastructure provider serving financial institutions. Its services connect clients to payment accounts and domestic and cross-border payment flows, with technical integration and compliance considerations shaping how each solution is delivered.
As Pre-Sales and Client Implementation Manager
You'll connect the commercial conversation with practical delivery. You'll help prospective and existing clients define what they need, turn approved proposals into implementation plans and coordinate onboarding, integration and activation through to initial post-launch support.
This is a client-facing solutions and delivery role, rather than a software engineering position. You'll work with Sales and Relationship Management, bringing together Product, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Legal to resolve dependencies and give clients a clear route to go-live.
The Role
- Understand clients' business requirements and design payment solutions that balance product capabilities, commercial needs and regulatory constraints.
- Lead solution discussions and product presentations, explaining payment flows and implementation requirements to business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate approved proposals into delivery roadmaps covering account setup, technical integration, sandbox readiness and activation.
- Coordinate approvals for non-standard requests, track milestones and dependencies, and escalate risks or delays before they disrupt delivery.
- Guide clients through onboarding and provide initial post-go-live support, coordinating issue resolution and handover to ongoing account management.
- Maintain implementation guides and reusable documentation, sharing client feedback with Product and helping client-facing teams understand new services and processes.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
