Join our team as our new Pre Sales Consultant.
You will lead presales for lending transformation opportunities across Europe. You will bring strong lending domain expertise and the ability to translate business and risk requirements into clear solution narratives, compelling demonstrations, and high-quality proposals.
This job is located in London, Paris, Madrid, Brussels, or Luxembourg.
You will support banks and specialist lenders across initiatives such as digital loan origination, loan servicing modernisation, journey digitisation, and collections optimisation, from early discovery through to signature.
Responsibilities:
- Lead structured discovery with business, risk, operations, and IT stakeholders to clarify current state, constraints, and desired outcomes.
- Shape end-to-end lending solutions across acquisition, origination, underwriting and decisioning, documentation, servicing, and collections through to closure.
- Articulate business value aligned to lending KPIs, including conversion, time to decision, time to cash, automation, portfolio quality, arrears, and cost per loan.
- Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations mapped to the client’s lending journey and priorities.
- Own presales inputs to RFPs and proposals, including functional coverage, scope and assumptions, implementation approach, and risks and dependencies.
- Partner with Sales on opportunity strategy, win themes, and competitive positioning, collaborating closely with delivery, architecture, and product teams.

Qualifications:
- Strong lending experience across one or more of: Retail, SME, Corporate, Consumer finance, Asset finance, with a strong understanding of credit policy, underwriting, affordability, onboarding dependencies, documentation, collateral, servicing, arrears, and collections.
- Proven presales experience in financial services technology or consulting, with evidence of shaping and winning complex opportunities, would be ideal.
- Confident workshop leader with strong stakeholder management across business, risk, operations, and IT, recognised for structured execution and domain credibility.
- Strong communication skills across demos, executive-level materials, and RFP responses, able to connect lending pain points to measurable outcomes.
- Track record of improving opportunity quality through sharper discovery, stronger value articulation, and compelling demonstrations, contributing to higher win rates and shorter sales cycles.
- Fluent English required. Additional European languages, such as French and Spanish, are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
