Duck Creek Pre-Sales Solution Lead (AVP)
London / UK Hybrid
Supporting Global Insurance Clients
We're supporting a global technology and consulting organisation that is expanding its specialist Duck Creek pre-sales capability and is seeking an experienced Duck Creek Pre-Sales Solution Lead to join its growing insurance practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded Duck Creek professional who enjoys engaging with clients, shaping solutions, responding to RFPs and helping organisations transform their insurance platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the solutioning team, you'll work alongside sales, architects, delivery teams and subject matter experts to develop compelling client solutions across the Duck Creek ecosystem.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading Duck Creek pre-sales and solutioning activities
- Managing and contributing to RFI/RFP responses
- Shaping end-to-end insurance platform solutions
- Presenting solutions during client workshops, bids and oral presentations
- Collaborating with architects and delivery teams to develop estimates and solution approaches
- Supporting proposals covering:
- New Duck Creek implementations
- Platform modernisation
- Upgrades and migrations
- Application Management Services (AMS)
- AI-enabled insurance technology solutions
- Researching market trends, customer challenges and competitor approaches

What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with individuals who combine strong Duck Creek knowledge with excellent client-facing and commercial skills.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong experience within the Duck Creek ecosystem
- Progressed from a Technical background, into Architecture
- Experience supporting pre-sales, bid, solutioning or consulting activities
- Understanding of Duck Creek Policy, Billing and/or Claims
- Experience of full-suite Duck Creek programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience engaging with insurers on transformation initiatives
- The ability to shape high-level solution designs and articulate business value
Insurance Experience Required
Essential:
- Commercial Insurance
- Property & Casualty (P&C)

This is not a delivery-focused architecture position.
You won't be responsible for project delivery or hands-on development. Instead, you'll be the trusted advisor helping clients understand how Duck Creek solutions can solve business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
