Position Responsibilities

  • Provide technical Sales support for all of the company's products and solutions.
  • Perform a very high-level specialized systems engineering role as an individual contributor specializing in pre-sales activities of the entire product line.
  • Perform in-depth and technical presentations for customers, partners, events.
  • Design server, cloud and datacenter architectures with top customers.
  • Responsible from deployment to completion for all customer proof of concepts and product evaluations.
  • Provide mentorship/guidance on technology and competitive trends to clients, partners, and employees.
  • Manage key End User technical relationships.
  • Communication driver between customer and Corporate functions on all technical issues.
  • Pre-sales technical support for sales team.
  • Bid Support.
  • Technical support for local marketing team

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in a technical area (Computer Science, Computer Engineering); or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Professional Service Consultant role in server, datacenter, HPC or cloud environments.
  • Experience in a customer facing role.
  • Effective technical presentation and communication skills.
  • Good command of English language to understand technical and business matters.
  • Particular skills/interest in new technologies such as AI and Deep Learning is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Good understanding of data server, storage, cloud and HPC.
  • Solid background in presales and or professional services role.
  • Practical experience in understanding customer needs.
  • Ability in problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skill.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt messages to the technical level of the audience.
  • Experience in presenting technical materials to groups of any size and background.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Good oral and written skills in English.
