Pre-Sales Engineer
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for securing the technical 'win' in Mid-Market and Enterprise client organizations, inspiring them to choose Action1. The ideal candidate is results-oriented and highly driven, with a strong focus on both personal and team success, aiming for exceptional professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive deals to closure through pre-sales support and technical account management.
- Conduct technical qualifications of prospects by thoroughly understanding their business and technical needs.
- Deliver client-specific product demonstrations.
- Support our sales team and customers primarily in the EMEA regions.

Requirements
- Essential system administration experience, with the ability to assist IT administrators in recognizing Action1 as their preferred patching solution.
- 1-3 years of B2B pre-sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of IT administration and security principles.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Genuine interest in information technology and systems administration, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
