About The Role

As a Pre-Sales Engineer UK, you will lead the technical side of the Wildix sales cycle, working closely with Sales, partners, and their customers to understand business challenges and design the right UC&C solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting mid-market and enterprise opportunities across the UK and Ireland and helping drive successful customer outcomes and sales growth.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the technical side of the sales cycle, working with Sales, partners, and customers to understand their business and technical challenges and recommend the right Wildix solutions.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, delivering tailored demonstrations and presentations and clearly communicating the value of Wildix solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Design and support UC&C solutions, including system architecture, security, APIs, integrations, network architecture, and Contact Centre requirements.
  • Work closely with partners on RFPs, tenders, and Proof of Concept (POC) installations, ensuring customer requirements and trial objectives are successfully met.
  • Support the Sales team in developing opportunities, addressing technical objections, and moving deals towards successful closure.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Wildix and competitor solutions, providing market feedback and input into product roadmap and direction.
  • Support customer and partner training, onsite presentations, industry events, and other activities requiring a customer-facing presence.
  • Manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively, working to tight deadlines and travelling as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
