πŸš€ What you'll be doing

As a Presales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in helping prospects understand how IRIS solutions can transform their businesses. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to support new business opportunities and existing customer growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging, tailored software demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Supporting Sales throughout the full sales cycle, including bids, tenders and technical consultations.
  • Partnering with Account Managers to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Running webinars and virtual events to generate new pipeline and educate customers.
  • Presenting solutions confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Representing IRIS at exhibitions, customer events and industry conferences.
  • Responding to RFI and RFP documentation and providing technical expertise during the sales process.
  • Creating product demonstration videos and enablement content using Camtasia.
  • Delivering sales enablement training through live sessions and e-learning content.
  • Maintaining high-quality sales collateral and ensuring Showpad content remains up to date.

βœ… What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is both technically confident and commercially minded.

You'll ideally have:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Software Implementation or a similar customer-facing software role.
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly way.
  • Experience delivering compelling software demonstrations and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to work independently.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • The flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving business environment.
