Pre-Sales Software Consultant

Scheer IMC is a Learning Technologies leader with over 28 years of experience. As a full-service provider, it offers cutting-edge training platforms, learning content, and strategic L&D expertise for global brands to achieve complex learning goals. With approximately 1300 customers, over 350 talented professionals across 12 countries, we proudly support a diverse portfolio of renowned global brands. We are looking for an ambitious Pre Sales Software Consultant to join our London team.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analysing customer functional and technical requirements and identifying a best solution fit from our product and service stack (functional, technical, commercial, strategical)
  • Responding to tenders, RFPs, RFIs by preparing formal responses based on customer requirements
  • Delivering high quality and high impact software product demonstrations / presentations to help convince the customer of our solutions
  • Supporting and enabling the wider sales teams, partners and prospect customers globally on our software products by providing training and coaching
  • Preparing and leading deep dive sessions with customers to show case how our system can support complex customer scenarios

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Flexibility to work across with customers and colleagues across all global time zones
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate software solutions with energy and passion to convince potential customers of our solutions and key value proposition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Scrupulous attention to detail, both in terms of content and presentation
  • Customer focused with the ability to think on your feet
  • Passionate, self-directed, and ready to jump in
