Who We Are

Alert Enterprise is a global leader in Physical Identity & Access Management (PIAM) and Visitor Management for large enterprises, governing who can access a facility, when, and how. We sit above and integrate with the industry's most widely deployed access control systems — Gallagher, Nedap, Vanderbilt, Siemens, TDSi, and Genetec — across corporate campuses, critical infrastructure, and large enterprise environments. If you've worked with these systems, or for one of the manufacturers or integrators who deploy them, you already understand our ecosystem. Across EMEA, this work increasingly intersects with GDPR and broader data protection requirements, and our platform helps security leaders govern physical access in a way that stands up to that scrutiny.

As We Continue to Grow

We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our global pre-sales team. This is a remote-first role with approximately 30% travel.

Your Role at Alert Enterprise

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical authority for prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. You’ll be front and center — running tailored demos, leading architectural discussions, designing proof-of-concepts, and helping close enterprise deals alongside our Account Executives. This is a build role: you’ll also contribute to the infrastructure that makes our pre-sales motion more consistent, repeatable, and scalable. You’ll report into our pre-sales leadership and collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
