Lead, Inspire and Shape Young Minds in an Outstanding Early Years Environment
Hays Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected and award-winning private nursery group to recruit an experienced and passionate Pre-School Room Leader for one of their flagship Central London settings.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking nursery that is committed to delivering exceptional early years education through creativity, exploration, and child-led learning. The setting provides a stimulating and inspiring environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
The nursery benefits from outstanding facilities, carefully designed learning environments, and a strong focus on providing children with enriching experiences both indoors and outdoors. Staff are supported through ongoing training, development opportunities, and clear career progression pathways within a growing organisation that genuinely invests in its people.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
