Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence acceleration and technologies for the future of computing?

We have an excellent opportunity to apply your curiosity and creativity in crafting next generation AI hardware accelerators contributing to our system testing team!

We have multiple open positions available across a range of experience levels.

The Role

We’re growing our diverse team, and you’ll contribute to the development and verification of next-generation neural network hardware! Collaborating with experts across global design centers, you’ll help deliver Arm’s next-generation IP using sophisticated tools and methodologies.

As a System Test Engineer, you will make a difference by influencing the verification strategy and methodology, taking ownership of complex work packages, and driving them to successful completion.

What You'll Do

The work involves designing and building test automation, developing and running test cases, and working with modern tools and infrastructure.

We are a distributed team crafting and deploying advanced emulation environments for pioneering Neural Accelerators. Your work will help bridge the gap between silicon development and real-world deployment, improved system validation, and reducing time-to-market.

You’ll collaborate with engineers across architecture, design, verification, and software, to optimize complex emulation workflows and use cases to support design bring-up, debug, feature validation, and system validation.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality verification that minimizes bug escapes.
  • Demonstrated experience in specifying, creating, and debugging system test environments, authoring test case, tracking results, and troubleshooting simulation/emulation mismatches and test failures.
  • Hands-on experience with emulation platforms such as ZeBu, Palladium, or Strato.
  • Familiarity with RTL languages such as SystemVerilog/Verilog
  • Experience in collaboration with EDA vendors to introduce new capabilities, resolve tool issues, and contribute to future tool improvements.
  • Skilled in planning system test tasks and producing realistic effort and time estimates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
