Role Overview

jelli is delighted to be working with a leading global nutrition company as they establish a new in-house team designed to test, learn and build greater digital and social capability within the organisation. They are looking for a Precision Media Manager to join the team on an interim contract.

Role Purpose

As Precision Media Manager, you will play a key role in helping the business use consumer and audience data more effectively to inform media planning and activation. You will use data and consumer insight to understand, define and map priority audiences, translating this into clear audience strategies, decision trees and targeted campaign plans. Working across brand, media and agency teams, you will help connect audience understanding with activation – ensuring campaigns reach the right consumers, with the right message, at the right point in their journey.

Main Responsibilities

  • Using consumer and audience data to identify, define and map priority audience segments.
  • Translating data and insight into actionable audience strategies and campaign plans.
  • Building audience journeys and decision trees to inform targeting, messaging and activation.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the relevance and effectiveness of media activity.
  • Working with internal teams, agencies and channel specialists to translate strategy into campaign activation.
  • Using campaign performance and audience insight to test, learn and continually optimise the approach.
  • Helping establish effective ways of working as the company develops its in-house precision media capability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
