Preconstruction Manager – Industrial | Midlands

We're currently working on a great opportunity for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join a successful main contractor, working across a range of industrial construction projects.

This is a key role within the preconstruction team, taking tenders from initial enquiry through to submission, contract exchange and handover to the delivery team.

  • Proven experience in preconstruction/tendering within construction
  • Experience working on industrial projects
  • Confident managing multiple tenders at different stages
  • Strong understanding of construction programming and sequencing
  • Experience with BoQs, quotations and commercial information
  • Strong technical writing and proposal experience
  • Confident dealing with clients and leading tender presentations
  • Highly organised and comfortable working to tight deadlines
