Pre-Construction Manager
We are currently supporting a Tier 1 main contractor with the hiring of an established Pre-Construction Manager to support their Southern region as they look to build on an already successful year and take on more new projects across the region. The business has historically been one of the most successful contractors in the UK and have built a solid reputation delivering projects in a number of different sectors including commercial, education, industrial hotels and leisure.

This role will report to the Pre-Construction Director and take full ownership of tender opportunities, taking the lead from 1st stage tender to contract award.
Requirements for the Pre-Construction Manager role
- Experience working in a similar role with a main contractor
- Experience working in public or private sector
