Job Title

Premier Central London consultancy requires 2No Chartered Senior Structural/Civil (Forensic) Engineers to join the well-established and expanding consultancy.

Requirements

  • Candidates will need to be Chartered with IStructE and/or ICE, have a MSc/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering (2:1 minimum) from a Top 10 University with excellent A-levels in Maths and Physics.
  • Technically strong but also capable of client-facing.
  • Looking to drive their career forward in an alternative technical sphere of engineering that pays 20-40% more than conventional consultancy.
  • Previous experience in forensic engineering is not a requirement, as placed individuals will be cross-trained into the industry over a period of a year.
  • Experience in heavy civils and/or geotechnical engineering would also be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Current workload is a diverse mix of expert witness and forensic engineering projects across the UK and occasionally internationally. Many of the projects undertaken have complex failures, and the placed candidate must be capable of delivering excellent technical solutions to unique problems.
