- Accurately collect, record, and report programme data in line with LFC foundation monitoring, evaluation, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain quality assurance standards, ensuring all programme delivery is engaging, effective, and of the highest quality.
- Reflect on and evaluate individual sessions and practice, identifying strengths, learning opportunities, and areas for continual improvement.
- Conduct and manage risk assessments across multiple school settings, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants and stakeholders.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships across the Liverpool city region, including schools, Merseyside police, local authorities, and community organisations, to maximise opportunities and support for young people.
- Support wider LFC foundation programmes, projects, and events as required, contributing to the organisation's overall mission of creating positive and lasting change in the lives of young people.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
