Premises Manager
We are looking for a Premises Manager to join a Schools project.
The role focuses on delivering services within budget, achieving high customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for customers, end users, and stakeholders.
The Premises Manager will lead and oversee a team of Premises Assistants, managing services such as security, porterage, cleaning, and general site supervision. The role also involves monitoring planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance, managing authority damage effectively, and maintaining sites and equipment to a consistently high standard.
This role operates on a shift-based rota, with working hours covering starts from 6:00am and finishes up to 7:00pm, together with participation in an on-call rota.

Title: Premises Manager (Lead Caretaker)

Location: Bristol
Salary: Circa GBP32k per annum
Working Hours per week: 40; this role operates on a shift-based rota, with working hours covering starts from 6:00am and finishes up to 7:00pm
Working Hours per day: 8
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
