As Premises Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, safety, maintenance, and operational performance of the school estate. Acting as the Accountable Person on-site, you will ensure all statutory, contractual, and operational requirements are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and organisational standards. You will lead and support on-site facilities teams, driving high standards of service delivery and creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, visitors, and the wider school community. • Monitor premises standards and service delivery, escalating risks or performance issues where required.
  • Support school events, community activities, lettings, and external bookings by ensuring facilities are safely prepared and managed.
  • Monitor energy consumption, promote sustainability initiatives, and champion efficient site operations.
  • Build strong relationships with the School Leadership Team and provide regular updates on compliance, maintenance, operational performance, and site risks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
