Level 5, scp 7 - 12, £26,402 - £28,597 pro rata
Actual salary £24,974 - £27,051
This Is a Permanent, Whole Year Position
We are excited to be seeking to appoint a Premises Officer role within our growing and progressive academy. This site and facilities role will play a crucial role in maintaining the premises of our popular and friendly academy.
We welcome applications from individuals who thrive on using initiative, keeping busy and providing excellent support to the academy through the security, safety and maintenance of both internal and external areas.
The role will also play a key role in supporting the transition to a newly appointed Facilities Management contractor. The successful candidate will ensure that ongoing maintenance is carried out efficiently whilst also ensuring that outstanding works are followed up and completed.
You must be able to:
- Prioritise your workload, responding to the changing needs of the academy;
- Work effectively with colleagues and external contractors;
- Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to complete low level maintenance tasks;
- Demonstrate your understanding of safe working practices and compliance;
- Be a conscientious worker with an eye for detail;
- Communicate effectively though a range of mediums and be able to build excellent relationships.
