About The Role
Manpower UK seeks a Premises Officer for a school in Leicester on a permanent contract, with a negotiable salary. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with an immediate start, beginning on a temporary basis before transitioning to permanent employment. You will manage daily maintenance, conduct fire alarm tests, perform water hygiene checks, and carry out health and safety inspections. Ensuring the building and grounds remain secure and well-kept is central to the position. A valid Enhanced DBS is required, alongside previous maintenance or premises experience. You must be dependable and comfortable working independently. Candidates ready for a long-term commitment should apply promptly.

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance / Premises Officer to work within a school in Leicester on a temporary to permanent basis.
