We are pleased to be advertising the role of Premises Officer within the Resources Directorate.
About The Role
The Premises Officer provides reliable, high-quality support across the council’s buildings, ensuring they remain safe, well maintained and welcoming for staff, visitors and the community. The role combines practical maintenance, front-of-house responsibilities and coordination of building activities and contractors.
Additional Requirements
Please note that you will need a full driving licence to enable you to travel across the county.
About You
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage a variety of day-to-day tasks.
- Good communication and customer service skills for front-of-house duties.
- Works well independently or as part of a team.
- Practical, hands-on, and able to carry out general maintenance tasks.
- Committed to providing a high standard of support and service.
