Premium Account Executive (PAE)

Trade Nation is looking for a Premium Account Executive (PAE) to build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing your own portfolio of Own Sourced (OS) Clients and Affiliated Clients, while delivering an exceptional level of service to one of Trade Nation’s most valuable client groups, our House Clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop Own Sourced clients in accordance with company onboarding procedures
  • Identify, open, and manage Partners
  • Meet specific KPIs in servicing a cohort of House Clients
  • Build strong relationships with Clients and Partners
  • Provide a high standard of service to clients and partners
  • Engage with and support First Time Traded (FTT) clients to ensure a positive onboarding and trading experience
  • Build relationships with clients and partners in line with the Company’s hospitality and compliance policies
  • Support business development through approved marketing and social media channels
  • Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide reports for management and key Partners
  • Adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance rules

Key Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in the retail derivatives industry
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Proven experience of regular targets being met
  • In-depth understanding of spread betting and CFDs
  • Committed to delivering the highest possible service to clients
  • Positive, self-motivated, KPI driven, and able to manage personal workload
  • Experience with CRM use, preferably HubSpot
