Mint People are recruiting enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team at one of Manchester's premier entertainment arenas, hosting over 150 world-class concerts, comedy shows, sporting events and live performances every year!

Your Role

As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of the action, serving guests quickly, professionally and with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
  • Preparing and pouring drinks to venue standards.
  • Processing customer payments using the till system.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar throughout service.
  • Replenishing stock and assisting with cellar and bar preparation where required.
  • Following all food hygiene, licensing and health & safety procedures.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, even during busy peak periods.
  • Working as part of a friendly, professional team to ensure smooth service at every event.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence working in a busy, high-volume environment.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or over due to the sale of alcohol.
