Premium Camp Development Executive – Work & Travel/ Cultural Exchange
Status: Full Time
Location: Manchester HQ
Reports to: AmeriCamp Program Manager

AmeriCamp is a fast-growing company helping young people experience the summer of a lifetime at camp in the USA. As we expand our premium camp offering, there’s never been a better time to join our journey. We’re looking for a Premium Camp Development Executive who can combine strong recruitment skills with business development. This is a hands-on role, sourcing top-tier candidates, building relationships with premium camps and partners, and driving the growth of this exciting part of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Recruiting and selecting high-quality, skilled candidates for premium camp placements
- Generating new leads and proactively reaching out to potential partners
- Assisting US team with matching candidates with the right premium camps to ensure the best possible experience
- Building and managing relationships with new and existing premium camp partners
- Actively developing new partnerships (e.g. universities, sports clubs, societies)
- Representing AmeriCamp at events, talks, and networking opportunities
- Driving awareness and interest in the premium camp program
- Working closely with internal teams (marketing, growth, US Team) to achieve targets
- Overseeing the end-to-end journey for premium applicants
- Managing and tracking a pipeline of opportunities through CRM systems
- Creating proposals, pitch decks, and partnership presentations
- Monitoring performance against targets and reporting on progress
- Identifying new market trends and opportunities for growth
- Assisting the AmeriCamp team with general program recruitment or operational tasks during peak season

About you:
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or business development
- Confident building relationships and networking with a variety of audiences
- A strong eye for talent and ability to identify high-quality candidates
- Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Confident communicator, both in verbal and written
- Passionate about providing good customer service
- Passionate about travel and cultural exchange
- Proficient in Microsoft packages and basic database functions
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on hitting targets
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, high-energy, and confident in outreach and networking
- Summer Camp experience (preferred but not essential)
