Premium Client Manager (PCM)
Trade Nation is looking for a Premium Client Manager (PCM) to build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing Own Sourced (OS) Clients and Affiliated Clients, while providing a high standard of service to Trade Nation's key House Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and introduce potential Own-Sourced (OS) clients in accordance with the firm's client onboarding and compliance procedures;
- Identify, open and manage Partners;
- Meet specific KPIs in servicing a cohort of House Clients;
- Build strong relationships with high-value Clients and Partners;
- Provide quality Client and Partner service;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in line with the firm's regulatory obligations, hospitality and financial promotions;
- Support business development through approved social media and marketing channels in accordance with internal marketing and financial promotion policies;
- Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders;
- Work closely with the Country Head to help drive acquisition and retention;
- Provide reports for management and key Partners;
- Comply with all applicable regulatory obligations, and the firm's internal compliance policies;

Requirements
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in the retail derivatives industry
- 8+ years of sales experience
- Proven experience of regular targets being met
- In-depth understanding of spread betting and CFDs
- Committed to delivering the highest possible service to clients
- Positive, self-motivated, KPI driven, and able to manage personal workload
- Experience with CRM use, preferably HubSpot
