Your Role
As a member of our luxury hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards and creating memorable guest experiences, including:
- Providing attentive, discreet, and personalised service to guests.
- Taking food and beverage orders with confidence and professionalism.
- Serving food, wine, cocktails, and premium beverages to the highest standards.
- Managing your section efficiently while anticipating guest needs.
- Maintaining immaculate presentation of dining and service areas throughout service.
- Handling payments and guest transactions accurately.
- Preparing service areas and ensuring all glassware, cutlery, and equipment are presented to luxury hospitality standards.
- Building rapport with guests and consistently exceeding expectations through exceptional customer care.

What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience within hotels, fine dining restaurants, premium events, or luxury venues preferred.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest experiences.
- Professional, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive approach with outstanding attention to detail.
