DAYS: Monday - Friday, travelling across the UK and Europe

LOCATION: Aylesford, Kent

Join Our Team

Due to continued growth, we're expanding our transport team and are looking for new HGV Class 2 Drivers to join us. If you take pride in your work, enjoy providing excellent customer service and want to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a premium white-glove delivery and installation role, delivering and installing our specialist furniture across the UK and Europe. Every delivery is an opportunity to create a positive experience for our customers while representing our brand with professionalism and care.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building positive relationships with customers and ensuring complete satisfaction
  • Carefully loading, unloading and handling products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
  • Completing PODs, CMRs and customs documentation where required
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects promptly
  • Ensuring loads are secured correctly and transported safely
  • Using company technology including PDAs and tracking systems
  • Communicating effectively with the Transport Manager and wider team
  • Following drivers' hours, tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism and presentation

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional service and takes pride in a job well done.

  • Friendly, professional and customer-focused
  • Well organised and able to work independently
  • Reliable and committed to high standards
  • Comfortable with a physically active role involving manual handling and furniture installation
  • Happy to spend multiple nights away Monday to Friday while on route.

Requirements

  • Full UK HGV Class 2 driving licence
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • Experience with European tramping would be desirable and will include multiple nights away (Monday-Friday). As well as UK work.
  • Comfortable tramping in the vehicle Monday - Friday while on route
  • Speaking French or German would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Physically fit and able to manoeuvre and deliver our furniture safely. Manual handling and heavy lifting training provided.
  • Experience in furniture deliveries/installations would be ideal but not essential
  • Strong customer service skills with a polite and professional manner
  • Commitment to Health & Safety, adhering to company policies and promoting safe working practices.
  • Reliable, punctual and a great team player
