Your Role
As a member of our luxury hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional, flawless service in every aspect of guest interaction, from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and discreet service, tailoring experiences to individual guest needs with professionalism and grace.
- Handle food and beverage service with confidence, ensuring orders are taken accurately and efficiently.
- Professional portrayal – Serve food, wine, cocktails, and premium beverages with impeccable standards.
- Efficient management of your station, proactively anticipating guest needs to maintain seamless, luxury-level service.
- Presentation perfection – Maintain immaculate cleaning and styling of dining spaces, tables, glassware, and utensils.
- Accurate handling of payments, ensuring transactions are processed with precision and guest satisfaction.
- Preparing for service – Ensure all serving areas are immaculately presented, ready to welcome guests with luxury standards.
- Building genuine guest connections, continuously going above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding expectations at every guest interaction.

What We’re Looking For
Key Requirements
✔ Hospitality experience is preferred—ideal candidates will have worked within 5-star hotels, fine dining, luxury events, or exclusive venues. ✔ Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills—guests rely on you to deliver a refined experience. ✔ A true passion for luxury hospitality—your joy in service drives our high standards. ✔ Professionalism and reliability—remaining calm, composed, and highly attentive under the best—and most demanding—conditions. ✔ Attention to detail—in luxury hospitality, precisely executed service sets you apart.
