Event Delivery

• Act as a key operational lead during championship week, ensuring exceptional hospitality delivery across premium guest experiences.
• Oversee guest arrival, accreditation, check-in processes, and hospitality operations.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally while maintaining high service standards.
• Support the management and briefing of hospitality hosts, agency staff, and guest-facing teams.
• Work closely with catering partners and suppliers to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the event.

Post-Event Support

• Assist with post-event reporting, client feedback collection, and stakeholder reviews.
• Contribute to lessons learned processes and continuous improvement recommendations for future events.
• Support client follow-up activities and hospitality programme evaluations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality and catering operations management experience at middle or senior level within the events industry.
• Proven experience delivering major international events with a strong understanding of hospitality and guest experience operations.
• Experience managing relationships with VIP, corporate, and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong account management and client servicing experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing agency staff, hospitality teams, or event personnel.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, stakeholders, and operational teams.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using hospitality management platforms such as Syrox, zkipster, or similar systems would be advantageous.
