Mint People are recruiting experienced, motivated, and professional Premium Hospitality Supervisors to lead our hospitality teams at one of Manchester's premier entertainment arenas, hosting over 150 world-class concerts, comedy shows, sporting events, and live performances every year!
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals looking to take the next step in their career. You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional VIP experiences while leading and supporting front-of-house teams during some of the UK's biggest live events.

Your Role
As a Premium Hospitality Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards while leading your team throughout each event. Your responsibilities will include:
- π₯ Supervising and motivating hospitality staff across premium lounges, suites, and VIP areas.
- π½οΈ Leading pre-service briefings and ensuring the team is fully prepared for service.
- β Delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving customer queries professionally.
- π Allocating sections and managing staff throughout service to ensure smooth operations.
- π€ Supporting, coaching, and developing team members to maintain the highest service standards.
- π₯ Overseeing food and beverage service, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- π§Ή Ensuring hospitality areas remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready throughout events.
- β Maintaining compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and venue procedures.
- π Acting as the key point of contact between the venue management team and hospitality staff during service.

What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, events, or premium service environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and major live events.
