Mint People are recruiting enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused Hospitality Waiters & Waitresses to join our team at one of Manchester's premier entertainment arenas, hosting over 150 world-class concerts, comedy shows, sporting events and live performances every year!

Your Role
As a Hospitality Waiter/Waitress, you'll play a key part in creating an unforgettable VIP guest experience by:
- Providing outstanding table service in premium hospitality lounges and suites.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages to the highest standards.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every event.
- Looking after your own section and ensuring guests receive a first-class experience.
- Preparing hospitality areas before service and resetting them afterwards.
- Clearing and maintaining tables, glassware and service equipment to a high standard.
- Processing payments where required using the till system.
- Working as part of a professional, energetic team during some of the UK's biggest live events.

What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality or waiting experience is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to learn.
