The Role
Reporting to the Head of Premium Sales and Partnerships, the Premium Host is an integral member of the premium hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest enjoys a first-class experience. This flexible, casual role is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality, live events and customer care, who can provide a warm, professional presence during event days and evenings.
The Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional premium guest experiences, ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their event journey.
- Support the successful delivery of live events, working closely with the Premium Sales and Partnerships team to provide seamless matchday and event operations.
- Act as the first point of contact for premium guests, confidently resolving queries and responding to requests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Champion inclusive customer service, providing proactive support and assistance to guests with accessibility requirements.
- Drive commercial success on event days, identifying opportunities to promote and sell premium upgrades that enhance the guest experience and venue revenue.

- Calm and adaptable under pressure, able to thrive in a busy, public-facing role while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Passionate about live events and entertainment, with a strong commitment to health and safety and delivering memorable premium experiences.

Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks.
