Earnings Potential
- Fine and Country agents earn on average between £8,000 and £10,000 per completed sale.
- Exchange on one sale per month and your earnings exceed £100,000 per year.
- OTE £100,000 to £120,000+ based on one to two completions per month
- Commission is uncapped and directly tied to the instructions you win
- Higher average fees reflect the premium market you operate in
- Advanced commission options available to speed up your first income
