Syndicate 2019 provides Lloyd’s investors with access to AIG’s Private Client Select (PCS) portfolio.

How you will create an impact
- Provide administrative, processing, and document production support in respect of the Overseas offices. This key function will ensure that Tax and Premium information is presented accurately in compliance with all applicable regulatory needs for each jurisdiction applicable. Key Financial reporting will be maintained accurately through precise and timely data entry.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and Regulatory requirements including Treating Customers Fairly and Contract Certainty.
- Assist with the integration of Enterprise Risk (ER) into the Overseas Offices.
- All Premium technicians are encouraged to raise, and help deliver, improvements to all processes, procedures, and IT Systems in relation to Processing Services data entry and quality.

The role will require a good knowledge of the Lloyd’s market and a good understanding of the Insurance/Reinsurance industry. An understanding of all Classes written by the Overseas offices is needed to ensure right first-time processing is completed within SLAs.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Brokasure Enterprise (Enterprise Risk and Enterprise Accounts) – preferred
- Xchanging systems including Insurance Portal and Insurance Market Repository – preferred
- Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.
- Excellent knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market and the classes of business written at Talbot.
- Excellent IT Skills.
- Working towards the CII exams or equivalent
- IT literacy including Microsoft XL, Word, and Outlook
- Able to learn new IT systems and procedures
