Premium Travel Consultant for discerning premium clients

Description
Immerse yourself in the world of upscale travel: As a Premium Travel Consultant at Ten Lifestyle Group, a leading international lifestyle management company, you will serve a discerning premium clientele and design tailor-made journeys that meet the highest standards.
In this role, you will combine your expertise in the travel industry with a keen sense of luxury, trends, and service quality. You are not just a consultant - you become a trusted contact for clients seeking the extraordinary worldwide.
Requirements
What you bring
- Completed commercial or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with tour operators or travel agencies, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service
- Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and service orientation
- High quality awareness and attention to detail
- Full-time availability
- Unfortunately, career changers cannot be considered for this position.
Hybrid / Remote Work Guidelines
Please note that if you live within commuting distance of the office, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid model - at least 3x per week in the office. A secure home office setup at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions, is required. If you wish to work remotely or in a hybrid model, you must meet our minimum internet speed requirements. Alternatively, our excellent office is available for you to work from.
