Location: London Position: Full-Time Premium Waiter Hours: 40 hours, 5 days a week, including Saturdays
We are looking for a highly polished and experienced Premium Waiter to join our team within a prestigious luxury fashion environment in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and enjoys working in a refined, fast-paced environment where presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.
The Role
As a Premium Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering polished, attentive, and seamless service to guests, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional food and beverage service
- Maintaining a polished and professional presence at all times
- Engaging with guests in a warm and professional manner
- Delivering attentive table service by knowing all aspects of the menu
- Demonstrating excellent knowledge of hospitality etiquette and service standards for back-of-house and during floor walks
- Being responsible for all mise-en-place, including polishing and restocking of crockery, glassware, and cutlery
- Having the capability of working under last-minute changes during peak moments
- Ensuring all service bars are restocked with all beverages provided in the Maison
- Ensuring guest areas are consistently presented to the highest standard

We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in luxury hospitality, fine dining, 5-star hotels, or premium events
- Confident delivering high-level table service
- Naturally warm, personable, and professional
- Immaculately presented
- Highly attentive to detail
- Proactive and guest-focused
- Comfortable working with high-profile and discerning guests
- Calm and composed in a busy environment
- A strong communicator and team player
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service
