Location: London Position: Full-Time Premium Waiter Hours: 40 hours, 5 days a week, including Saturdays

We are looking for a highly polished and experienced Premium Waiter to join our team within a prestigious luxury fashion environment in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and enjoys working in a refined, fast-paced environment where presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.

The Role

As a Premium Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering polished, attentive, and seamless service to guests, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional food and beverage service
  • Maintaining a polished and professional presence at all times
  • Engaging with guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Delivering attentive table service by knowing all aspects of the menu
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of hospitality etiquette and service standards for back-of-house and during floor walks
  • Being responsible for all mise-en-place, including polishing and restocking of crockery, glassware, and cutlery
  • Having the capability of working under last-minute changes during peak moments
  • Ensuring all service bars are restocked with all beverages provided in the Maison
  • Ensuring guest areas are consistently presented to the highest standard
