Role Overview
Sell premium and luxury watches at sea, earn up to 6% commission on watch sales, and build relationships with guests from around the world. We’re looking for experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams, working on cruise ships around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering a premium guest experience and maximising watch sales onboard
- Welcome guests into the boutique, understand what they are looking for, and use your product knowledge to recommend pieces that feel relevant to their style, occasion, or collection
- Confidently introduce guests to different watch brands, explain features and value, invite them to handle and try pieces, and help them imagine ownership
- Know when to give space, when to continue the conversation, and when to move naturally towards commitment
- Support onboard events, presentations, and promotions, using these moments to create interest, generate leads, and bring guests back into the boutique
- Maintain excellent product presentation, support stock and compliance processes, and share your knowledge with the wider team

Requirements
- Proven experience selling luxury watches
- Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands
- Experience guiding customers through high-value or considered purchases
- Motivation and ambition to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Confidence delivering product presentations, seminars, or guest events
- A flexible, team-focused attitude and the ability to adapt to life at sea
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage
- A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves being active throughout the day

- Contracts of up to 6 months onboard, usually followed by 1 to 2 months at home between contracts
