Prep Technician – Vertu Hyundai Bristol
Join our team at Vertu Hyundai Bristol and become a valued Prep Technician, playing a key part in delivering an outstanding first impression for every customer.
What We're Offering
- A basic salary of up to £36,440, depending on skills and experience (based on a 42-hour working week)
- An over-performance bonus opportunity on top of your basic salary
- A £2,000 sign-on bonus paid in month 1
- A £2,000 retention bonus paid in month 13
About The Role
As a Prep Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles, ensuring every check is completed to the highest standard and in line with manufacturer guidelines. You'll work to agreed timeframes and maintain strong productivity, all while delivering the exceptional customer service and quality workmanship that our reputation is built on — with first-time fixes at the heart of everything you do.

What You'll Need
- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
- An MOT licence is preferred but not essential
- Your own set of tools
- A full UK driving licence
