Up to £35,000 Basic Salary + Over Performance Bonus

We are looking for a skilled and driven Prep Technician to join our award-winning aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art workshop environment, preparing premium vehicles to the exceptional standards expected of the Land Rover brand.
We are offering a basic salary of up to £35,000, depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 40-hour working week and NO WEEKEND WORK
We’re also offering a £4,000 sign-on bonus. You’ll receive £2,000 when you join us and an additional £2,000 in month 13 of your employment.
About The Role
As a Prep Technician, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer motoring experience built on trust, quality and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for carrying out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on both new and used vehicles, ensuring every vehicle is prepared to the highest standards and fully compliant with manufacturer requirements before reaching the customer.

Working within a fast-paced and professional workshop, you'll be expected to achieve agreed productivity targets while maintaining exceptional levels of quality and ensuring a right-first-time approach to every vehicle you prepare.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
- A recognised Automotive qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Prep Technician
- Your own tools
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards
