Solution Consultant – AI & Enterprise Technology | UK

We're working on behalf of an established, rapidly scaling AI-led SaaS business that is transforming how some of the world’s largest frontline retail organisations operate.
Their platform is used by 350+ enterprise businesses globally, helping organisations with thousands of employees improve store operational execution, employee productivity and customer experience.
They’re now looking for an exceptional Solution Consultant to join their UK team.
Why this role is different
This isn’t a “demo the product and move on” pre-sales role.
- You’ll be a strategic advisor, helping enterprise customers understand how AI, operational data and intelligent decision-making can solve some of their biggest business challenges.
- You’ll work with major organisations across retail and other frontline-heavy industries, engaging stakeholders from operational teams through to the C-suite.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Shaping solutions for complex enterprise opportunities
- Building compelling executive-level business cases and narratives
- Translating customer challenges into high-value use cases
- Demonstrating how AI can create measurable operational and commercial outcomes
- Helping customers understand responsible and explainable AI
- Working closely with Sales, Product, AI, Engineering and Professional Services
- Influencing future product development and emerging AI use cases
- Supporting RFPs, RFIs and technical/security evaluations
What we're looking for:
- Strong Enterprise Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting experience
- Experience across retail, grocery, hospitality, FMCG, commerce, telecoms or other frontline-heavy industries
- Experience supporting or closing £100k+ ACV deals
- Experience selling AI, analytics, SaaS or decision-support technology
- A genuine curiosity about AI and its practical business applications
- Excellent executive storytelling and presentation skills
