Microsoft Presales Consultant | £80,000 - £90,000 + Bonus | Hybrid | MSP
You will work closely with customers and the sales team to assess Microsoft environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape the right technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting Microsoft tenant and environment assessments
- Producing clear recommendations and customer-facing reports
- Identifying optimisation, cost-saving, and upsell opportunities
- Supporting sales teams with pre-sales engagements and proposals
- Meeting customers to understand their challenges and business objectives
- Translating technical requirements into commercially valuable solutions
- Supporting the handover of successful projects to delivery teams
- Staying current with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, generative AI, and AI enablement
- Managing multiple customer opportunities from initial conversation through to project handover

What We're Looking For
You should have a strong Microsoft background across areas such as:
- Microsoft 365 / Modern Work
- Azure
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Defender
- Microsoft Entra
- Microsoft security and cloud technologies
- Copilot / Copilot Studio / Generative AI
More importantly, you'll already have experience using this knowledge in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or consultancy environment.

- Can operate independently without relying on a large delivery or consultancy structure
- Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment where they can build and improve things
- Can comfortably manage several opportunities and customer conversations simultaneously
