SMB Pre-Sales Consultant

📍 Manchester (Hybrid)
💰 £40,000 base + £4,000 OTE (£1,000 quarterly bonus) - OTE £44,000

Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, regardless of their involvement, to improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world-class technology.

Our SMB sales team is at the heart of that growth, helping hundreds of estate agencies modernise the way they work. As our SMB Pre-Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping prospects understand not just what our products do, but how they'll transform the way their business operates.

This is a highly collaborative role sitting between Sales, Product and Customer Success. You'll partner closely with our SMB Account Executives to deliver engaging product demonstrations, answer technical questions, support migration conversations and give prospects confidence that moving to Street.co.uk - our multi-award-winning estate agency CRM - or Spectre, our market-leading prospecting platform, will be a seamless experience.

You'll become an expert across both products, confidently demonstrating how they solve real business challenges for estate agents and tailoring every conversation to the prospect's workflows, goals and existing technology. You'll report into our Head of SMB Sales while working closely with our Enterprise Pre-Sales team, giving you access to technical coaching, deeper product expertise and ongoing development as you build your pre-sales career.

Here's what you can expect to be working on

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations across our products: Street.co.uk and Spectre, adapting each demo to the prospect's business, workflows and current technology stack.
  • Partner with Account Executives before sales meetings to understand prospect requirements, shape demo strategy and ensure the most relevant functionality is showcased.
  • Lead structured pre-onboarding conversations, setting clear expectations around migrations, implementation timelines and the customer onboarding journey.
  • Confidently answer technical questions around integrations, data migration, configuration and how Street.co.uk and Spectre fit into an agency's wider technology ecosystem.
  • Act as the technical product expert for the SMB sales team, joining customer conversations when required, supporting internal enablement and helping improve product knowledge across the wider team.
  • Continuously improve demo environments, scripts and technical resources whilst escalating more complex enterprise requirements where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A bit about you

  • You’ll be able to develop deep expertise quickly.
  • You’ll be confident presenting engaging, conversational software demonstrations that speak to each prospect's business rather than relying on a scripted approach.
  • You’ll be able to explain technical concepts such as migrations, integrations, and data structures in a clear, simple way for non-technical audiences.
  • You’ll be commercially minded, understanding how product demonstrations contribute to progressing and winning deals.
  • You’ll be a collaborative team player who Account Executives can rely on when opportunities move quickly.
  • Ideally, you'll have experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting or technical sales within a SaaS business.

Research has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements. If you fall into that category and are about to rule yourself out based on the above criteria, please consider applying anyway. We'd love to see your application.
